Dr. John R. Fish

Dr. Fish graduated from the Illinois College of Optometry in 1990, cum laude, and has practiced in Pennsylvania ever since.  Dr. Fish specializes in the examination, diagnosis, treatment, management, and prevention of diseases and disorders of the visual system, the eye, and related systems.

Patients of all ages depend on the expertise of Dr. Fish and his staff for prescribing glasses, contact lenses, vision therapy, and low vision aids. Patients will feel comfortable discussing their specific needs and know they are getting thoughtful insight and recommendations.

Patients also trust Dr. Fish to recommend the most reputable referrals for the treatment of ocular or systemic disease or eye surgery including laser vision correction.

Dr. Michele Pendrak Bush

Dr. Pendrak graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and joined Eagle Eye Associates in 2008. During her externships she received Clinical Honors in her Hospital and Disease Rotation, and also completed the Advanced Pediatric Program at The Eye Institute. She is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Pennsylvania Optometric Association.

Dr. Pendrak has instituted Home Vision Therapy at Eagle Eye Associates, benefiting countless children in our community. In addition, patients of all ages depend on her knowledge in effectively treating their vision correction and eye health needs.
