Via Route 100 going north

• Just north of West Chester take the Route 100 North/Exton Exit
• Drive several miles and proceed to cross under Route 30 Bypass
• Continue traveling north on Route 100
• Cross business Rt 30; through Exton
• And then through Lionville and cross Route 113
• Pass the PA Turnpike Downington interchange.
• One mile north of the PA turnpike you will notice Car Sense on your left and Wolfington Motors on your right. Two lanes merge into one.
• You are now entering the Village of Eagle.
  Slow down the speed limit is strictly enforced at 35MPH.
• After the gas stations and Wawa on the left and National Penn Bank on the right you'll see a fork in the road with The Eagle Tavern directly in front of you. There is no left turn here.
• Continue about 100 yards to the next traffic light and turn left on to Park Rd.
• Take Park Rd for about 1/4 mile. Parkside is on your left and there is a traffic
• At the traffic light is Little Conestoga Road.
• Turn left onto Little Conestoga but go slow beause you'll have to make an immediate right into our parking lot.
• We are the small gray & white building on the right (in front of Montesano's Italian Deli and Catering and across from Carmine's Parkside Pizza. )

Via Route 100 going south

• Take Route 100 south past the Coventry Mall.
• Continue south on Route 100, cross Route 23 traffic light and Sunoco.
• Continue south on Route 100 to Ludwigs Corner and Route 401. Cross over and continue up Black Horse Hill.
• Pass the Penn National Bank and Font Rd on the right.
• Pass Lexus of Chester Springs and Catholic church on your left
• Pass new home construction on the right and left.
• Continue on Route 100 South for about ½ mile. The next available road is the one you want.
• Take a right at Park Road.
• Go straight, about 100 yards, to the traffic light.
• Park Side Deli/ Ice Cream should be on your left.
• Turn left onto Little Conestoga Road and then immediately take a right into our parking lot.
• We are the small gray & white building (in front of Montesano's Italian Deli and Catering and across from Carmine's Parkside Pizza. )
