EMERGENCIES

If you have an after-hours emergency, please call our main number at 610.458.9800 and follow the instructions provided.
Your call will be forwarded to the doctor. You can leave a message and a phone call will be returned.


INSURANCE

Patients may have vision insurance, medical insurance, or both. Contact your insurance company or HR liaison for details about your plan. If you need help getting in touch with your insurance provider, we would be happy to supply contact names and numbers.

Vision insurance covers routine eye exams and may help defer the costs associated with glasses and contacts. The patient will be billed for the difference between what their plan pays and the fees for services and materials. Medical insurance covers non-routine vision care such as infections, allergies, injuries, etc. We will bill the medical insurance company accordingly.

We make every effort to work with whichever coverage you carry. Please provide all requested insurance information when scheduling your visit. Incorrect or partial information may result in denial of coverage.


BILLING

Full payment for services is due at the time of your appointment for any portions of the bill not covered by your insurer. You are responsible for any co-pays or deductibles associated with your policy. Payment in full must be made prior to any order being processed.
